At the heart of Mindful Nurturing is a soul deeply devoted to the innocence of childhood and the transformative power of kindness - our founder and director, Nidhi Chauhan. With over a decade of experience as an Early Childhood Educator, she has worked across diverse educational settings - from school boards to Montessori classrooms and Reggio-inspired environments. Through these experiences, she has gathered not just knowledge, but a profound understanding of the unique ways children learn, grow, and feel the world around them.
She believes that God has created two worlds - one driven by materialism, and the other rooted in innocence. And with unwavering passion, she has chosen to live and lead in the world of innocence - where hearts are pure, curiosity is boundless, and every small moment holds the potential to shape a bright and kind future.
Mindful Nurturing is the realization of that belief - a place where education is wrapped in compassion, where each child is seen as an individual with infinite potential, and where emotional intelligence is as important as academic growth. Her vision is clear: to raise a generation grounded in kindness, capable of facing every challenge with resilience, empathy, and confidence.
But her dedication doesn’t stop with the children. She is equally passionate about creating a work culture where Early Childhood Educators feel respected, supported, and celebrated. She believes that when educators are empowered and nurtured, they pass that same energy onto the children they teach.
